Chef Robbie Rensel brings culinary experience and appliance education together at The Luxury Tree House in Houston. Luxury Appliance Support grew from a simple observation: owning a capable kitchen is only the beginning. Owners also need help learning how to use it.

Our Monogram offering combines chef-led demonstrations and owner orientation with a personal point of contact for ownership questions and service coordination. Sessions focus on the available showroom appliances and the controls, cooking modes and care guidance relevant to your kitchen.

Education takes place at The Luxury Tree House, 1324 W. Clay Street, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77019, by arrangement. Private experiences and additional services are quoted separately.

Care

LAS coordinates intake, appointments, parts updates and follow-through. Third-party providers perform technical diagnosis, repairs and maintenance.

Priority appointments and expedited parts are requested where available. Provider capacity and parts availability determine timing. Scope and any separate charges are agreed before proceeding.

Warranty decisions remain with the applicable warranty process, and technical workmanship remains with the service provider.
